Harrison Tatik was born and raised in New York. However, growing up, he spent much time visiting his family on Maui.

Having a deep love for music, which developed into a passion for engineering, Harrison attended the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences, in Phoenix, Arizona. Upon graduating, he relocated to Southern California, where he began working under Lewis Richards at 17th St. Recording Studios, and ran FOH with Dennis Cooper at The Tiki Bar O.C.

While living in Oceanside, CA he was able to start his own live sound company, which allowed him to mix at various venues from Los Angeles to San Diego.

Harrison moved back to Maui in January of 2012 to take over ownership of Maui Wave Studio.
